Having traveled back to 1990s Tokyo, Gen Kamiya gained the ability to see through others’ “malicious thoughts.” He could earn a hefty reward for eliminating those thoughts. Thus, Kamiya became a police officer. “You mean, even if I arrest you, it’s useless because you have connections in higher-ups, and all those dirty deeds have long been cleaned up?” Facing a man with a long list of crimes yet wielding immense power, Kamiya raised his pistol: “But what does that have to do with me? I’m not here to judge you.” He grinned, his smile extremely arrogant. “Judging you is God’s business; I’m only responsible for sending you to meet God.”
