Is the intelligence in Chapter 421 false?

Upon receiving the order, the thugs drew their wooden sticks and crowbars, their expressions sinister as they slowly approached Xu Nian and Xu Xi.

They were speaking gibberish in a foreign language, which Xu Nian couldn't understand a single word of, but judging from their expressions, she knew without guessing that it was an offensive threat.

Without time to hesitate, Xu Nian thought for a moment and then decided to strike first.

His eyes turned bloodshot, and with a roar, he stomped his feet on the ground and exerted tremendous force, his body shooting straight towards the thug in the front row like an arrow.

In the blink of an eye, the thug received a solid flying kick to the abdomen.

The force was unlike that of a human being; it was more like being hit hard by a car traveling at high speed.

"Ugh—"

Xu Nian didn't use any fighting techniques, relying solely on brute force, yet he kicked the burly man weighing over 200 pounds more than ten meters away. The man spat out a mist of blood, crashed heavily to the ground, twitched a couple of times, and then fell silent, clearly already crippled.

The alley fell silent instantly, and everyone froze in place.

Xu Xi's eyes widened, her mouth involuntarily formed an "O" shape, her gaze fixed on Xu Nian's back, her heart pounding wildly.

How did he become so amazing?

Although she knew that Xu Nian trained with Long Teng every day, such power was simply too exaggerated.

Just over a month ago, in her eyes, he was a man who couldn't even kill a chicken. How could he have such formidable strength in such a short time?

Xu Nian himself was also stunned. He looked down at his feet, then at the thug lying on the verge of death a dozen meters away, his face filled with disbelief.

He had thought that his sneak attack would at most make the thug stagger, given the size difference between them; the other man looked much stronger than him.

After a brief moment of surprise came waves of joy.

He clenched his fist, carefully feeling the powerful force within his body, and couldn't help but sigh: the suffering of the past month or so was truly worthwhile.

You reap what you sow; this is the fairest principle in the world.

Zoro was completely dumbfounded, and his gold-rimmed glasses fell to the ground with a "thud".

What?! The intelligence was fake?

This guy isn't some weakling; his strength is monstrous!

Seeing their subordinate kicked away without any chance to fight back, the remaining thugs shuddered and subconsciously took two steps back, their arrogance replaced by fear.

Zoro was the first to snap out of it. He clenched his fist and yelled at his men, "What are you all standing there for? Charge! There are so many of us, can't we take him down?"

These words acted like a shot of adrenaline, barely calming the thugs down.

They exchanged a glance, swallowed hard, and nodded in agreement.

Zoro is right. They outnumber us and if we can't even handle one person, we'll probably be kicked out when we get back.

So they turned their attention to Xu Nian again and approached aggressively.

This time, however, there was a clear wariness in his eyes, and he took each step cautiously, afraid that he would be ambushed again.

"Well done!" A burning fighting spirit flashed in Xu Nian's eyes.

That last thrust wasn't enough. The power within me is screaming.

He was determined to put in all his effort and had a good, intense battle.

He threw the first punch, launching a fierce attack on the thug closest to him. The boxing techniques that Long Teng had taught him unconsciously came to mind, and his arms seemed to have muscle memory, making each move swift and clean.

This boxing style combines Chinese Sanda and Muay Thai. It has no defensive stance and is full of offensive moves, with each punch being a deadly strike aimed at vital points.

After only two rounds, the thug was already overwhelmed and could only run away with his head in his hands, looking utterly pathetic.

In the instant he was distracted and fled, Xu Nian delivered a deadly punch, striking him precisely in the waist.

"ah--"

A scream rang out, and the man flew several meters away before crashing to the ground and losing consciousness completely.

On the other side, a thug found an opening, swung a wooden stick, and smashed it with all his might against Xu Nian's back.

"Bang!"

Surprisingly, the wooden stick not only failed to harm Xu Nian in the slightest, but instead bounced off as if it had hit a hard rock, breaking in two and sending numbness through the thug's palm.

Xu Nian twisted the tense muscles in her back, acting as if nothing had happened.

It was as if that last bit was just a mosquito bite.

He slowly turned his head, looked at the dumbfounded thug, and a faint smile appeared on his lips.

The next second, the thug took a solid punch to the chest, his body was sent flying, and his back slammed heavily against the old brick wall behind him.

"Boom!"

The brick wall, already dilapidated from years of neglect, could not withstand such an impact and collapsed with a crash, burying him completely under the rubble.

This was Xu Nian's first real fight since he started practicing boxing. He fought with increasing courage and skill, and each punch he threw was more powerful. His blood was surging wildly in his body, and his whole body was filled with a boiling energy.

These thugs were nothing more than bluffing with their bloated bodies and arrogant demeanor; they had no real skills whatsoever. They were no match for Xu Nian and were easily defeated one after another. They were sent flying, lying on the ground convulsing, foaming at the corners of their mouths, and completely incapacitated.

"That was awesome! So awesome!"

Xu Nian was panting heavily, her heart pounding, her clothes soaked with sweat, but she felt no fatigue, only a thoroughly enjoyable feeling.

As Zoro's forces weakened, his men fell one by one, while Xu Nian grew increasingly fierce, gradually reducing his ability to defeat enemies in three moves to two, and finally delivering a fatal blow.

Before long, all of Zoro's henchmen were defeated and lay scattered in the narrow alley, covered in blood, their groans of pain echoing throughout.

In the alley, the only one still standing was Zoro, a lone commander, his face ashen.
