I took one day off at the beginning of the month and attached the MRI report. Alas.

As shown in the picture, I thought I could just buy a bottle of medicine and it would be fine. Unexpectedly, the doctor took a look and said that my hand was fine. It was a problem with my cervical spine. I did an MRI, which took half a day. It was already past four in the afternoon when it was done.

I came back to do spinal exercises, walk the dog, eat, and tidy up. It was getting dark.

I want to take a day off and take a day off today.

It should still be able to maintain [-] words after the update.
