My mother was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, the largest of which was nearly four centimeters, making her look a little haggard. She couldn’t accept it at first. After all, she had never had any serious illness before. When she heard it was cancer, she almost collapsed. It took a long time of comforting her and a lot of ideological work before she felt much better.

I’ll take a day off today so I can adjust my mindset.
