Chapter 578: A Legend

Chapter 578 A Legend

“Isn’t the plot a bit too radical, Andrew?”

While the dream was being shown, Hughes in the back row whispered to Andrew.

‘Does this sound radical? It’s too late, Hughes.’

Andrew shook his head. “It doesn’t matter. We are not the original publisher anyway. The title is written in it. Just read it with confidence. The response from the audience is pretty good. At least everyone was interested in the beginning.”

“Uh-huh.”

Hughes nodded, but still looked a little guilty.

But the alchemical machine shown above doesn’t take into account the feelings of the students below.

In the dream above, Nick was still chatting with Dumbledore – it was a brief introduction. Although Dumbledore’s fame generally did not require this, it was still better to follow the rules.

[Albus, you are just a gifted student. Although you have escaped the administrator’s inspection, which is amazing, you can’t help those students.]

Nick was still talking, and on the other side of the screen, administrator Gladwin Moon was chasing several students. Yes, not one, but several, to be exact, five students from four colleges.

In the scene, Dumbledore tapped his wand lightly, causing the administrator to lose his direction for a moment, and then the students successfully escaped.

He started swearing and soon left in anger.

On the other side, Nick shook his head helplessly, “You, Albus, what’s the use, can saving one save the others?”

“Besides, are you really not going to explore the secrets of the castle and look for those treasures?”

Dumbledore, whose face was modeled with Sirius and Leo, shook his head. “No, I am very interested. I have no intention of working with them to resist Headmaster Black. That will not help.”

“Are you really a Gryffindor?”

Nick shook his head. “The world is really different now. It’s fine that Gryffindor and Slytherin can be friends, but they have even lost their spirit of adventure.”

“I’m looking forward to another adventure, Mr. Nick.”

Dumbledore shook his head, not showing any sign of being offended. “As agreed, you should take me to see the treasure left by Gryffindor.”

“Gryffindor’s treasure won’t help you drive out the Black headmaster,” Nick shook his head, “But I’m not sure if it’s Gryffindor’s treasure, but there’s no doubt that there are good things hidden there.”

“Why are there so many voiceovers? And the model is a bit crude. Can’t they just keep Dumbledore around?”

At the end of the first hunt for library treasures, more students began to whisper to each other – there was no restriction on the voices of students in the same row.

“Maybe it’s to explain that Dumbledore leaving his students alone is not in line with history, so he has been planning to change the situation at Hogwarts since he was a student.”

Ginny explained to Ron in a low voice, “It’s ambitious, but he did change Hogwarts.”

“That is Dumbledore after all.”

Ron added in a low voice, and then looked at Dumbledore enviously as he began to study the ancient magic book he had just found.

“Shh, brother.” Ginny whispered, and then her whole face showed fear.

Because the dream has shifted to another scene, a gloomy confessional, bloody chains and waving whips.

The administrator whipped the disobedient students and asked them to recite aloud the serious violations they had committed.

On the other side, the Hufflepuff offender was hung upside down in a bucket of cold water, with the part above his nose completely immersed in the water.

“Do you know what mistake you made?”

“You have violated the rules set by the great Headmaster Black! This is the biggest mistake Hogwarts has made!”

The administrator swung his whip as he spoke, his eyes as fierce as an attacking hound, but soon he began to wag his tail.

The scene turned to Sirius’ face. The professor dressed as the headmaster was pale at the moment, and his tone was a little shaky, but it did not affect the sighs of most of the girls watching the movie – if it weren’t for the magic that limited the sound, the viewing experience would have been completely ruined.

“Well said, Gladwin,” praised Black, whose slicked-back hair and face were covered in pomade but still didn’t affect his looks much. “That’s it. Let these little bastards die along with their Quidditch season. Hogwarts shouldn’t have those messy activities. Damn it, can’t these bastards just study?”

He complained, “I just cancelled the Quidditch game, cancelled the Easter holidays, shortened the summer vacation a little, and left them the Christmas holiday, but these guys want to throw dung eggs at the castle!”

“That’s it, the great Principal Black! (Andrew heard laughter, it seems that the post-dubbing is indeed unreliable) Together with this group of guys, how can we make Hogwarts great again?”

As he spoke, he whipped the students, and the screaming voices became chaotic…

Fortunately, the audience below did not get distracted too much and were genuinely angry – even Blake’s face couldn’t handle such hatred.

“You’re still learning, Albus, you’re even less likely to save people.”

Nick looked at Dumbledore and shook his head.

“I’m still learning, Mr. Nick, but it’s paying off.”

Dumbledore responded politely without making any further comments – but the students below all laughed.

Because from their perspective, Dumbledore had already sneaked in to rescue people and even used magic to confuse the administrator so that he had to hit the wooden stake for a long time.

…As time went on, Dumbledore became more and more proficient in time-stopping magic, and Headmaster Black became more and more harsh on his students.

Not only did he physically punish the students, he also restricted their diet, only giving the students who made mistakes boiled potatoes with salt.

Students began to secretly bring food to help the rebels, but the angry Principal Black cancelled all the high-quality meals in the school. Even at noon, there was only a little sausage on the table, and the rest was either potatoes or disgusting canned beans.

The confrontation became more and more intense, and finally the students of the four colleges finally learned the important news – people from the OWLs Examination Management Bureau were coming, and they decided to boycott the exam collectively to embarrass Principal Black.

But Dumbledore appeared in time and persuaded these wizards who were willing to duel with Black with their future, and secretly said that big news would happen that day, which would make Black unable to cover it up and he would have to leave in disgrace.

If he was unsuccessful, then the rest of the students were free to do as they pleased, for he would have it all sorted out on the first day.
