This is apocalyptic

Final remarks
[The human did not live alone with her zombie, but became a zombie as well.

This is how the story ends]

This is the ending that was written at the beginning of the book, a story without too much struggle, without too much darkness, without messy power entanglements, just about simple and ordinary people walking to the end of the world.

The theme meant that it couldn’t be written into a long novel, and it was indeed a bit short…

But Dawn made up for the regret.

The original setting was that all mankind would be destroyed, so we just randomly gave it a name called “This is the End of the World”.

The end began to spread from the south. It can be seen that it had already started in the southernmost part when Bai Xiao was bitten, so they have been moving towards the end since then.

I didn’t plan to write a lot about the safe zone at the beginning. One reason was that I didn’t want to write about it, and the other was that it would be a bit dangerous to write about it, including the revelers and so on… Having said that, if I wanted to write about it, I wouldn’t set the background more than 20 years after the apocalypse. It would be better to start with the early stage of the disaster.

The background at the beginning has already explained what kind of article this is. It is a simple story about an ordinary person heading towards the end.

More than 20 years later, it was too late to save the situation.

If I write extensively about the struggle for the safe zone, the theme will also change.

Some people say that this is not the end of the world, it is just a skin, then what is the end of the world? Chapter 1: Zombies are rampant, the finale: a battle with the ancestor Hongjun. …?
The end of the world is here. Some people eat people, some people save people, some people rush out to kill zombies, some people look for hope, some people wait to die in the corner, some people resist their fate, some people have sex with their loved ones and wait to die…

In the apocalypse, there are all kinds of people. I just wrote about a person who wanted to live in a corner and walked out of the mountain village with the zombies. If he can survive, he will try his best to survive. If he can’t survive, he will just get shot and wait for death. It’s not really a disguise. Is it the apocalypse when everyone follows the same template and must eat people, or is it the apocalypse when everyone unites to fight the disaster?

Having said that, this might be the weakest zombie king in history. He strips necklaces from old zombies on the street, steals chickens and dogs, and beats old zombies one by one with a stick… well, he also walks around in open-crotch pants.

Don’t be ashamed.

I like the desolation of the end of the world, with zombies singing and humans riding tricycles, looking for a place with spring flowers blooming. It’s good to live if we can, but it’s okay if we can’t.

[It’s actually pretty good]

[What do you mean?]

[All of this is much better than being bitten by a zombie and dying directly]

[Oh, that is]
[Nice to meet you]
Yu Ming also said, “Nice to meet you.”

I like this not-so-cold apocalypse, it’s probably healing.

Nice to meet you.

——I’m really happy.
