As soon as Yun Ci opened her eyes, she saw a tall figure standing in front of her.

It’s Dongtang Chiyou.

Yun Ci narrowed his eyes and said lazily, “I’m a little sleepy.”

Dongtang Chiyou lowered his head, kissed her forehead, and said, “Then take Nuannuan to sleep for a while. I’ll call you for dinner.”

When Yun Ci woke up, it was already completely dark. She was vaguely aware of something and just as she was about to move, the arm around her waist tightened. The next second, a man’s hoarse voice sounded above her head.

“woke up?”

Yun Ci yawned: “Why didn’t you call me.”

“I couldn’t bear to see you sleeping so soundly. Are you hungry now?”

Yun Ci shook his head, reached out and touched the baby beside him, and asked, “Where’s Nuan Nuan?” Dong Tang Chi You replied, “Take her to the baby room. Otherwise, if she wakes up and doesn’t behave, she will bother you again.”

Yun Ci shook his head: “No more rest.”

The next day, Yun Ci held Jun Duonuan in his arms, fed her, and then handed the little one to Dongtang Chiyou.

As soon as he was in Dongtang Chiyou’s arms, the little guy became anxious and clamored to be held by Yunci.

Yun Ci was still sitting on the sofa, holding the time machine, but he disappeared in the blink of an eye.

In the dark and damp basement, the air was filled with a disgusting smell of blood and stench. From the corner came a tiny cry that was tried hard to be suppressed. It sounded weak, as if the cry was barely alive.

“Damn it, if you dare to disobey me again, I will beat you to death!” A terrifying shout broke the silence of the basement.

Yin Wan’s skinny body was wrapped in tattered clothes. She was crawling on the ground in the corner with a big chain around her neck, like a dog being bullied.

The man standing in front of her threw the cane to the ground. With the dim light, she could see that Yin Wan’s body was covered with scars. Blood seeped out of the scars, sticking her clothes and flesh together.

She raised her hand with difficulty and grabbed the trouser leg of the woman standing next to the man, and made a weak sound: “Hungry…hungry…”

The woman said arrogantly, “Are you hungry? If you are hungry, just beg me!”

Yin Wan immediately begged, “Auntie…please…give me…something to eat.”
