“Of course.” Makimura Taku took off one of his headphones and handed it to her, “Here.”

“Forget about it now,” Xingye Ai waved her hand and smiled at him, “Dinner is ready, and they asked me to come and eat with you.”

“It’s already this time.”

Makimura Taku looked up and saw a fairyland-like sunset blooming magnificently above his head.

Birds in twos and threes flapped their wings and flew away from the treetops, as if they were going to the other side of the world.

“Let’s go then.” He said as he was about to stand up.

Hoshino Ai held one of his fingers and said, “It’s okay to sit for a while.”

“I don’t understand you.”

Makimura Taku smiled.

After dinner in the evening, the program team arranged for everyone to stay in a nearby B&B.

Tomoki Ogura, who thought she could team up and live together with Taku Makimura during the forest activities, became refreshed after learning that men and women would live separately.

The staff packed up their things and prepared to take them into the hotel. The director gave instructions while shouting through a loud speaker:

Makimura Taku looked in both directions and saw the graceful figure of a girl in a short skirt leaning against a tree trunk, looming in the darkness, but soon she looked back at him as if she had noticed him.

“You should say just arrived.” Makimura Taku retorted.

“Isn’t this my old line?” Ogura Yuki was stunned for a moment, “Don’t say it next time.”

“No problem. You are the eldest lady. It is my honor to invite me out. Now I am right.”

“Just barely.” She shook her hand and said.

She sat down on a small mound by the lake, patted the empty space beside her, and Makimura Taku also sat down.

The cool evening breeze blew from Ogura Yuki’s side. Makimura Taku glanced at the tank top and short skirt she was wearing, then sat down on the windward side without saying a word.
