Chapter 81 Recruiting (Subscribe!)
“School teachers and school staff need to start recruiting before the start of the school season.”

“In order to let more mutants know about our school and come to our school, we need to do some publicity.”

Professor X took the work plan and described the next steps to everyone.

“After Arnold Stark released the news about the school, many people have shown interest in the school and expressed their desire to visit it. We can select some people to invite and we need to provide a good reception for them, and also…”

He paused and said, “I have found some people recently and want to invite them to join the school.”

“And the government, the military…”

As he spoke, he suddenly raised his head, and after seeing that everyone sitting at the table had a dazed look on their faces, he smiled bitterly, put his work plan aside, and a wry smile appeared on his face.

Charles pressed his temples and sighed, saying helplessly: “Caliban, open up.”

“Professor, I have a suggestion about school.”

Professor X’s eyes lit up and he felt that Sean was still somewhat useful.

“Can the school cafeteria hire some Chinese chefs? I don’t want to eat white food anymore!”

Sean’s face was full of disgust.

Professor X’s face twitched and he grabbed Sean’s arm, sending a picture into Sean’s mind.

“Come to work with me first!”

A basement in an apartment.

Professor X knocked on the door and a deep voice rang out.

“The courier will deliver it to the door of the dining room. I will pick it up myself.”

Sean raised an eyebrow and looked at Professor X.

Professor X whispered, “Leave it to me.”

“Hank McCoy! We’re here to see you.”

“CIA? Cops? Gangsters?”

Along with the doubtful voice, a small window appeared on the steel door, and a pair of eyes appeared, looking up and down at Sean and the other man.

There was a hint of doubt in those orange eyes.

“Hank, I came to see you this time…”

Before he could finish his words, the small door was suddenly slammed shut, and some collision sounds were heard in the room.

Professor X’s eyes flickered, and a voice rang out in the other person’s mind. He then said, “Hank, we mean no harm.” The voice was in… the mind?

“You mutants?”

Hank said in surprise, and stopped packing his luggage.

“Yes, we are the same kind.”

Professor X said with a smile, and then continued: “We are here to invite you to join the X School.”

“X School? Are you from X School?”

Following a surprised sound, the steel door opened a crack, revealing a helmeted head.

Hank whispered, “Just tell me what you want to say right here. I look a little strange, and I’m afraid I might scare you.”

His voice was deep, yet gentle.

Professor X shook his head and said firmly, “It won’t scare me.”

As he spoke, he pushed the door hard.

Not moving at all…

Professor X smiled helplessly and could only say, “I’m here to invite you to be a teacher at X School?”

“Me, teacher? Are you sure?”

Hank’s eyes widened in surprise.

“Sure!”

Professor X nodded firmly.

Hank hesitated and said, “Although I really want to agree to your request, you should first see what I look like. Don’t go to school and scare others…”

He opened the unclear door, and after Sean and the other man walked in, he took off his helmet and showed his whole self to them.

The strong body is covered with blue hair, like a blue beast, and the pair of scary-looking orange eyes reveal fear, inferiority and tenderness.

Professor X looked at the other person with joy.

Hank put on his helmet somewhat awkwardly.

Finally, as night fell, Sean and Professor X arrived at the villa area in Queens and met the first student to be invited today.
