I, Kousaka Kyousuke, the Knight of the Helping Table

Page 27

Maeve, who was sitting on Altria’s right, was painting her nails while complaining to Altria.

“So, you, the dignified Knight King, are really useless. Not only did you let Kyosuke lose his virginity to an ordinary person after he got drunk, but you also caused Kyosuke to suffer such serious injuries yesterday. If you had known this would happen, you should have given me the custody of Kyosuke.”

Altria looked at Maeve unyieldingly, her green eyes emitting an angry light. She snorted at Maeve, “Stop talking nonsense to me. You just want to monopolize little Kyousuke.”

Maeve raised her head and laughed loudly: “Of course, a rare man like Kyosuke should be locked in my cage, Queen Maeve, for life.”

Altria gnashed her teeth at Maeve’s words: “You bitch, do you still have any shame?”

“She’s so perfect and beautiful, Kyosuke will definitely agree with what I’m doing?”

“You guy!”

“Well, Knight King, calm down. Maeve was just talking.”

As the host, Enkidu quickly stopped Altria who was on the verge of going berserk.

“But, to be honest, Kyosuke’s performance did disappoint me. Getting drunk with just one glass of wine is too weak. Let me train Kyosuke to drink during this training.” Shuten on the side was more concerned about whether Kyosuke could drink.

Bedivere, who was standing behind Altria, thought of another thing when he heard Shuten’s words. When Kyosuke drank heavily after his breakup, he didn’t show any signs of being drunk even after drinking so much strong liquor. Was it really Merlin who did that night?

Bedivere looked at Merlin, and Merlin noticed Bedivere’s look and just smiled without saying anything. However, based on Bedivere’s understanding of Merlin, it is certain that this guy has admitted it. King, it’s not that we don’t want to help you, but we have Merlin in our army. Bedivere felt that having a dog-headed military advisor who was dedicated to poaching his own people was not the worst thing. The worst thing was that he couldn’t tell his superiors about the bad things this dog-headed military advisor did.

“By the way, have Kyosuke’s courses this time been decided? Do you want me, your big sister, to teach him wrestling?” Koyatel asked Altria with a smile.

“That, actually, hasn’t been decided yet.” Merlin, who was sitting next to Altria, flipped through the pad in his hand. “Only two courses have been confirmed so far. One is our Gawain’s etiquette course, and the other is my bartending course. As for the rest… do you have any ideas?” Merlin asked the heroes present.

“As for me, I will definitely ask to join in the drinking.”

“As expected, Bugs is only interested in this kind of thing. As a mother, I hope to give Kyousuke some motherly love. That woman who likes to gossip about her son is not qualified to be Kyousuke’s mother.”

Shuten glanced at the projection of Minamoto no Raikou who was making dangerous remarks: “You old woman, come back before you say such things. What on earth are you doing in such a deep forest?”

“Don’t worry about it, you little bug. When I come back, I will definitely deal with you first. Just wash yourself and wait for me.”

“But I’ve said before that the course needs to be assessed.” Iskandar rubbed the stubble on his chin, “Then who will be responsible for the assessment…”

Seeing the wolf-like light in the eyes of the female heroes at the scene, this is a good opportunity to flirt with Kyousuke and increase his favorability. Although he is not very sensitive to such things, Iskandar still thinks it is better to keep his mouth shut.

Merlin ignored these terrifying women and looked at Enkidu and said, “I remember that your [Transfiguration] can change into any appearance regardless of gender, En?”

“Yeah, it’s not so much that I ignore appearance, but rather that I don’t have the attribute of gender.”

“Then it’s settled. Enkidu, you will use your [Transfiguration] to transform into various girls as part of the assessment to test Kyosuke’s ability.” Iskandar knocked on the table and made the final decision. This decision seemed to be approved by most of the male Heroic Spirits. Although the female Heroic Spirits were not satisfied that they were not the assessors, they consoled themselves and accepted this fact when they thought that others were not selected.

“Wait, why is it Enkidu? You bastards, don’t make decisions on your own!” Gilgamesh was very unhappy with the decision made by these people on their own.

“Stop talking nonsense. This is for everyone’s future. You, a golden girl, have no right to question it.”

“You bastards! Do you want to die?” Gilgamesh was very annoyed at the group of people who completely ignored his opinion. Golden waves appeared behind him, and weapons appeared behind him.

“Okay, all of you calm down. Especially you, Jill. You’re already an adult, but why do you still have such a bad temper? Stand outside the door and reflect on yourself tonight.” Enqi felt so tired. He felt that he should not have been soft-hearted and agreed to let that slacking guy preside over the meeting. It would be better for that guy to do this himself.

“Wait a minute, Enkidu, why should I reflect on myself? I am on your side!” Gilgamesh was surprised by Enki’s decision to give his Gil a holiday.

“Jill, do you have any questions?” Enkidu gave his own Jill a “kind” smile.

“No…no.” Gilgamesh thought that it was better to take a holiday. It would be nice to give Jill a rest occasionally.

“Then let’s stop here for now. Let’s adjourn. I will consider the matter of assessing Kyousuke.” Enkidu felt that there was no point in talking about it any further, so he could only give up. Anyway, a month is still a long time, so he could slowly make arrangements on how to educate Kyousuke when the time comes.

After hearing the order to adjourn the meeting, the Heroic Spirits using remote projection cut off communications, while the Heroic Spirits present left in groups of two or three.

Merlin originally wanted to leave with his own Daimao, but when he stood up, he saw the old man of the mountain gestured to him, meaning that he should stay. So Merlin had to sit down again and wait for the conversation with the old man of the mountain.

When everyone had left, green flames appeared in the eyes of the Mountain Man. He looked at Merlin and spoke slowly.

“Merlin, you deliberately gave Kyosuke’s first time to someone else.” Although Yamanogee used a question format, there was no trace of doubt in his tone.

“Yeah☆~” Merlin admitted shamelessly. There was no point in pretending in front of the old man anyway.

“why?”

“Because if Lily takes the first bite, she will never share what she has. For everyone’s sake, I can only say sorry to Lily.”

“Oh, and what about yesterday? You once again pushed that kid Kyousuke into the arms of another woman without giving any thought to what would happen to your own monarch?”

“Well, this was something Lily herself agreed to before☆~ After I got the chance to have Kyousuke’s first time from among Lily’s group of Heroic Spirits, I took advantage of her happiness and asked her if I could contribute Kyousuke’s second time since she had already reserved the first time? Lily, who was so excited that she had no IQ at all, agreed without hesitation~☆ So now I am doing exactly what Lily said, DA☆ZE~”

The old man of the mountain finally understood that the guy in front of him was completely trying to get something for nothing. He first used a bait that could get Kyosuke’s first time to get Kyosuke’s second time, and then threw Kyosuke’s first time to other women. Anyway, King Arthur only got the first time among the heroes, and the second time she agreed to was Kyosuke’s own second time. In this way, even if the Knight King investigated later, this white-haired guy would have an excuse to shirk responsibility. But, if you play like this, will your foodie agree?

The old man of the mountain suddenly became curious. He thought he could go back and have a discussion with his brothers to see how many times the boy had passed through the hands of the Knight King before he finally got Kyousuke. However, he did not keep Merlin to discuss the gossip about the Knight King. He did have other things to discuss with Merlin.

When he saw the report from Curse Wrist, he was a little skeptical. He didn’t think the white-haired creature in front of him would make such a low-level mistake. After repeatedly confirming the authenticity of the information with Curse Wrist (Curse Wrist swears that if this information is false, please accept me, Master Shodai.), he must give Merlin a countermeasure, otherwise this matter will drive everyone crazy.

The old man in the mountain’s eyes showed a different red light than before, but a strange green light.

“Do you know something?”

“Huh? What’s up?” Merlin didn’t care at all. He picked up the tea on the table and took a sip leisurely.

“That woman is pregnant.” Shan Zhiweng said this without any tone of voice, but everyone who knew him knew that his expression was extremely rich.

“Pfft~”

Merlin spit out all his tea when he heard this. He slammed the table and stood up, shouting, “This is impossible! In order to avoid this, I put repellent in the things I gave Kyousuke and that woman…”

“Ding dong~”

Merlin picked up the pad he had placed on the table and found the new information that the old man from the mountain had sent him.

“This is……”

Merlin frowned as he looked at his Pad screen. After making sure the information was reliable, he laid down on the table.

“How many people know about this now?” Merlin covered his head and showed a distressed expression for the first time.

“I, you, and the Cursed Arm who investigated this matter. Even the woman herself doesn’t know yet. But it’s useless for you to shut up the Cursed Arm forever. The early pregnancy reaction will appear from the sixth week. Even if you deal with the Cursed Arm now, it will only delay the pregnancy for a few days at most.”

“This is trouble.” Merlin sighed and murmured. He felt as if he had encountered the most difficult thing in his life.

Epilogue

Hi, everyone, this is Mi-chan. I wanted to talk to you all before, but I felt that the author’s 500 words were not enough, so I always wanted to write a separate chapter. I hope to take this opportunity to finish the first volume and chat with you all.

To be honest, Mi-chan was not very satisfied with the first volume, mainly for two reasons. One was that Mi-chan was a bit ruthless at the beginning, and planned to have many characters appear in the first volume. But later, in discussions with other authors, she found that if she really wrote so many characters, it would be very likely that Mi-chan, a newcomer, would fail at the beginning. So Mi-chan had to reluctantly cut the plots of Kuroneko, Miura, and some female heroes. Thinking about it now, I still feel a little sad.

The second reason is Mi-chan’s own problem. Originally, Mi-chan’s goal for this book was to have 10 words by the middle of the first volume, and the collection at this time should be around 3000. But it is obvious that the current results have far exceeded Mi-chan’s original goal. So Mi-chan herself can’t control the rhythm. Especially in the later part of the story after Fumino dumped Kyosuke, Mi-chan originally planned to describe in detail the changes in Kyosuke’s psychological process. As a result, everyone said that Mi-chan forced the protagonist, so Mi-chan had to speed up the plot and wrote it very badly. Mi-chan’s original intention was to show the growth of the protagonist by describing Kyosuke’s psychological changes.

After all, this book is not an adventure novel about fighting monsters and leveling up. The protagonist’s psychological growth process is the focus of the whole novel. But Mi-chan seems to think too highly of her writing skills, and everyone is obviously very unhappy with it, so Mi-chan has to speed up the plot and skip this part, but it seems to be written even worse. This makes Mi-chan even more sad.

I have been saying that Mijiang is a pure newcomer, and this is the truth. Although many other Shuke masters are newcomers here, they have published works on other platforms. As an author, someone like Mijiang who started writing at the age of 26 should be considered an exception among exceptions. However, Mijiang has been a homebody for a long time, and she writes books to leave something for herself before she turns 25 after turning 30.

Mi-chan has loved watching anime since she was in elementary school. At that time, in addition to SD, which boys liked (think of Makoto’s Go Face the Wall), Mi-chan also liked to watch “Mi-O Warrior” and the first generation of Moe-oh. At that time, I was too shy to tell others. Now I think that maybe Mi-chan’s becoming an otaku has been seen since she was a child. Later, because the TV station did not broadcast new cartoons, Mi-chan had to find things to watch online. At that time, I only looked for one or two completed ones, such as the earliest TV version of FSN. Since April 2007, Mi-chan officially became an otaku and began to follow new shows. At the beginning, I followed almost all the new shows, but now I still remember the only “Blue Island” and “Se-O’s Hanayome”. It turns out that Mi-chan has the potential to be an otaku from the beginning.

As for novels, I started reading light novels in 08. At that time, the animation was updated too slowly, so I wanted to follow the original novels directly. After that, I couldn’t stop. The first light novel I read was “Shana”. I bought a set at that time, but I found that I couldn’t find it when I moved two years ago. Later, I also read “Zero Emissary”, “Blasphemy” and many other light novels.

Later, because CL fell in love with GAL, but Mi-chan’s family was very strict about Mi-chan’s use of the computer, so Mi-chan could only read the text of the downloaded GAL, and she had to rely on her imagination to make up the CGs. The KEY trilogy and the three parts of Type-Moon all left a deep impression on Mi-chan.

In 10, because I had read almost all the light novels and Gal texts, I started to read online novels. At first, it was just some fan fiction, but eventually I read all kinds of online novels. In order to read novels, Mijiang often played guerrilla warfare with teachers. When I graduated from high school, my teacher gave Mijiang a plastic bag full of mobile phones.

Mi-chan is now 26 years old and has become a social animal. She no longer has the energy to catch up with all the new shows every quarter. The ACG that has accompanied her for nearly half of her life may never be seen again one day because she has completely quit being a homebody. Mi-chan hopes to leave something for the ACG that has accompanied her for half of her life, so she wrote this book. Unlike the previous PM+HP fan fiction, Mi-chan put more thought into this book and hopes to write it better. When designing the protagonist, many places also have some of Mi-chan’s own shadow (such as being afraid of watching horror movies, becoming more inferior when encountering unpleasant things, etc.), but everyone doesn’t seem to like some of the settings very much, so starting from the second volume, Mi-chan will modify some of the protagonist’s personality settings (let’s blame it on the spring break training).

Back to the novel itself, this book is labeled as a harem after all, so there must be multiple female protagonists. The late light novel writer Yamaguchi said: “What kind of male protagonist is it if he doesn’t fall in love with every female character in the work?” Mi-chan agrees with this very much, so there will be emphasis on the content of the article, and the main story of each girl also has a sequence, but Mi-chan still hopes that each of them can have their own story with the protagonist. At the same time, Mi-chan also hopes that she can write every female character well, so that they can shine as brightly as possible in this novel as they did in the original work. Of course, Mi-chan is a newcomer and Mi-chan herself has no idea whether she can do it, so Mi-chan hopes to work hard to achieve her goal under everyone’s supervision.

Mijiang will talk about the future updates. To be honest, writing this novel is really tiring. Although I don’t hate writing, it is really tiring. At the beginning, because of the pressure of publishing the new book, Mijiang took sleeping pills to fall asleep on weekends in the first week of publishing. After that, the performance gradually stabilized, and Mijiang’s anxiety was slightly better, but it still exists. I often suffer from insomnia because of bad reviews or some not-so-good comments, and finally I can only rely on drugs to fall asleep.

At the same time, Mijiang pushed herself too hard when it came to updating. Basically, she would post a chapter as soon as she finished writing it, and she would post as many as she could. On weekdays, because of work (the boss’s position was right next to Mijiang), she had to write paragraphs at a time, and her thoughts were often interrupted. She also had no time to check for typos and grammatical errors. Weekends had a little more time, but in order to update 10,000 words a day, she still had to post it immediately after writing it, and she also had no time to check for typos and grammatical errors. Basically, all the typos and grammatical errors had to be caught by everyone, which made Mijiang very embarrassed.

If this continues, Mijiang estimates that her enthusiasm for writing will soon disappear. Mijiang does not want this book to end like this. So starting from the second volume, Mijiang plans to update twice a day, with one chapter about 2k, and a total update of 2k to 4k a day. The update time is in the evening. On the one hand, this will make it easier for Mijiang to write, and on the other hand, Mijiang also plans to save some manuscripts, otherwise it will be troublesome if there are no manuscripts in hand when offering rewards for additional chapters in the future. In case there is an emergency and I can’t update one day, I can still save the manuscripts to support it.

Finally, Mijiang would like to thank everyone for listening to her chatter, and thank everyone for their support. Mijiang hopes that with everyone’s joint efforts, this book will become better and better and satisfy everyone.

Chapter 1 Xiao Mo: I want to take the initiative to find a mother for myself

Holidays are the most wonderful invention of mankind. Kousaka Kyosuke has always felt this way, especially after working as a corporate slave for a few years, the long holidays of students are even more precious.

If someone told Kyosuke before the holiday that he just wanted the holiday to end early, Kyosuke would say that this person was absolutely bullshitting. And now? Kyosuke said that he had never been so excited about the start of school in his two lifetimes.

This one-month spring break was a nightmare for Kyosuke, especially the one-month so-called job training after the matter of the Yukinoshita family was over. Kyosuke still feels a little creepy when he thinks back on it now.

At first, Gawain’s etiquette and Merlin’s bartending courses were fine, but then things got weirder and weirder. First, I was dragged around Tokyo by Kintoki, and then I was flirted with by the various women that Enkidu turned into in the name of an exam. By the way, Enkidu, can you please stop changing your appearance in front of me every time? This way, I can still deceive myself.

The most abominable thing was that after being fed a small bottle of strange liquid, he was locked in a small dark room with that sadistic queen. When Kyosuke came out of the room, his legs were shaking. And he was locked up more than once. Half of the nights in the third week were spent in Maeve’s room. Every time Kyosuke came out, he felt like he had been completely drained. Unfortunately, every time that woman had a new trick to make herself comfortable. I’m a male PR, I just sell alcohol, not my body, why do you have to give me this kind of course? ?

As I said before, the most taboo thing in this profession is to have any kind of relationship with the customers. To put it bluntly, the essence of the male host industry is to sell alcohol, so there is no need for such training. In other shops controlled by “friendly people”, if the host dared to do such things, it would definitely not be as simple as a beating. At the very least, he would say goodbye to his little finger. In serious cases, he would go to Tokyo Bay with the cement.

Kyosuke was sure that this was all done by these people without the knowledge of the store manager, or at least half of it was kept secret. Every time he went to Maeve’s place, the store manager always told him earnestly that if that woman (Maeve) dared to do anything strange to him, he must resist and bring him over.

I’m sorry, Manager. Maeve didn’t do anything to me, it’s all about what I did to Maeve.

Kyosuke guessed that this was probably the insidious part of Merlin’s gang. If he really told the store manager, they would be able to drag him into the water. Although Kyosuke was not very rational when he did it, but now thinking back, Kyosuke dared to swear that Merlin definitely had a high-definition 4K video of himself and Maeve.

Of course, Kyosuke can still console himself with the fact that he was happy about Maeve, but the other things are just torture. For example, when Kintoki dragged him around Tokyo, he always felt that he was making fun of him. Seeing him shouting “Golden, Golden” and having fun, Kyosuke could only say thank you very much for not getting on the motorcycle for his life.

Under the torture of various Heroic Spirits in the name of classes, Kyosuke has completely lost the concept of time. So when Kyosuke got up in the morning and habitually went to Merlin to ask about today’s classes, Merlin directly threw the school uniform and schoolbag to him and told him that today was the first day of school, Kyosuke shed tears of joy.

Lying on the desk of Class F, Grade 2 of Sobu High School, Kyosuke felt that he had never missed school so much. Campus life is better than ordinary life!

Hachiman, who was sitting behind Kyosuke, had a somewhat strange expression towards Kyosuke.

“Hey Kyousuke, what’s with that look on your face that looks like you’re about to ascend to heaven?”

“Please don’t disturb my happy moment, Penguin.”

“Who is the Penguin? And I’m the one who is forced to take cram school during the holidays. Shouldn’t you have been having a happy and relaxing spring break? Do you know how much effort I put in to pass the math make-up exam?” Hachiman was quite dissatisfied with Kyousuke’s address.

Kyousuke showed his tired face to Hachiman and sneered, “It’s just math tutoring. It’s really too easy compared to me.”

Hachiman was frightened by Kyousuke’s gloomy face.
