The Gray Hand said, “You know he’s asking questions knowing the answer, but you still have to explain it to him, right?”

The brown-handed man said, “I dare not explain any more. If he said that just to find fault, he will find more faults if I explain too much.”

The Gray Hand Man said, “Since you said you didn’t dare to explain more, then you just explained it briefly?”

“Yes.” The brown-handed man said, “I just said that I was worried that moving too fast might damage it.”

“Why would I describe the process in such detail?” the brown-handed man asked. “I asked in detail,” the gray-handed man said, “Besides, isn’t this a good opportunity for us to talk about it in detail?”

The brown-handed man said, “Talk in detail? Oh, we are almost actively stalling for time now.”

The gray-handed man said, “Comfortable, isn’t it?”

The brown-handed man said, “It feels good.”

“Then tell me.” The Gray Hand Man said, “You are talking about the latter part anyway.”

The Brown Hand said, “Should I try to simplify it as much as possible?”

I did talk about the latter part, but I explained it in a little more detail, which makes it seem like I have mentioned more of the process.”

Gray Hand said, “What if I am willing to listen to the process?”

“Then I’ll say more.” The brown-handed man said, “but I’ll break my promise.”

The Gray Hand Man said, “Does this count as breaking your promise?”

“If I had said something in front of him before, and didn’t tell him the whole story, and then went on to tell him in so much detail again and again, he would obviously say that I went back on my word. Even though it’s not a big deal, he would just say it.” said the man with brown hands.

“What if he asks in detail?” the Gray Hand Man asked with a deliberate smile.

“Do you think he would consider why I was so detailed? Even if he asked, and I said something detailed and different from what I said before, he would still say I broke my promise, and I wouldn’t be able to refute it.” The brown-handed man laughed.

“We must do what we say in front of him, even if he did something that caused us to fail to do it.” The man with gray hands said with a smile.
